Water Supply and Environment Protection Association (WEPA) is a local non-governmental organization established to promote the social welfare of the population, particularly in rural communities facing challenges related to access to clean drinking water, poor sanitation, and environmental degradation. WEPA was founded in response to recurring water shortages, hygiene-related diseases, and environmental risks affecting vulnerable communities.
