1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and WEPA ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), concerning your access to and use of the WEPA website and all related applications, platforms, technologies, and services (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, licensed to us, or otherwise used by us in accordance with applicable law.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not under the age of 13
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. User Registration

If the Site offers user accounts and registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any other purpose than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include:

• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site

• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

6. Donations and Payments

If you make a donation or other payment through the Site, you agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes incurred by you or any users of your account. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. When you make a donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the donation amount and any applicable fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEPA OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEPA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rwanda.
